Wings of Heroes is a high-quality multiplayer action game where the player has to become a pilot of a military aircraft and complete difficult tasks. In the game, air battles of the Second World War take place in 5×5 mode on two dozen maps, where the landscape, weather, time of day, battles on land and on water are identical to the theater of operations of those years.
In the game Wings of Heroes, the battlefield spans many territories, stretching across Europe, leaving to the north of Africa, approaching the borders of the USSR, and even entering the well-known events in the harbor of Pearl Harbor. The player can choose aircraft of 2 types: fighters and bombers. The style of the game depends on the type of equipment, as well as on the combat mode (Dominance, Air Combat, Aces Clash and Destruction). For example, in destruction, you need to knock out the enemy from control points on the map. To win, fighter pilots must protect the bombers, who in turn must deal as much damage as possible.
Upon completion of the mission, each side receives money. They can be spent on buying new equipment or upgrading existing ones. Thus, a “corn maker” standing in the hangar can acquire reinforced armor, an increased caliber of a stationary machine gun, a more powerful engine, and turn into a death-bearing steel bird.
