REDCON is an interesting and unusual military strategy, made in a peculiar format. The project has a detailed background and a fascinating plot that will take the player to an alternate reality. The First World War also took place there, but the active hostilities quickly spilled over into the cold phase. The gamer will have to play for the Commander, who has remained loyal to the Empire. He must build a strong and impregnable fort, capable of withstanding a large rebel army.
In the game REDCON, the main enemy of the user is the disgraced General Krantz. He betrayed the Empire and started a rebellion. To defeat him, you must destroy the fort. To do this, the player will have fortifications and powerful modern weapons. He will use machine guns, cannons, laser systems, rockets, bombs against the rebels and send in saboteurs. As you progress, the participant will learn new unique technologies and unlock additional weapons and defenses.
The gameplay consists of 18 levels. At each stage, the confrontation between the two armies is shown. The gamer’s fort is located on the left side of the playing space, opposite is the enemy base. You need to aim and shoot, open more effective weapons, complete additional structures, repair damaged areas, strengthen defenses. The “Active Pause” function allows you to give several orders at the same time. There is an opportunity to win valuable bonuses and get important benefits.
