Doom 3: BFG Edition is the third part of the iconic first-person shooter. The game has updated graphics and redesigned gameplay. The developers have significantly improved texture rendering, thanks to which the graphics have become of a higher level. The concept of additional lighting has been changed – the player no longer needs to specifically get a flashlight – one of these is already attached to the main character’s overalls.
In the game Doom 3: BFG Edition, a marine on a Martian research base is trying to survive and protect the planet. His main task is to stop the work of the ancient interdimensional portal. This will be a difficult task: numerous hostile monstrous creatures have already made their way through the gate, waiting in gloomy dark nooks and crannies.
The action game has the same classic plot, but seven new levels have been added. And, of course, the classic atmosphere of hopeless tension is fully preserved, forcing you to listen, look around, peer intently into dark corners. The mechanics remained the same as in previous games – the participant sequentially examines the locations, destroying opponents at first only with their bare hands, and then with an increasingly powerful arsenal of all kinds of weapons. The control and save system for checkpoints has been redesigned. But all these changes allow you to fully preserve the dynamics and intensity of the gameplay.
